I don’t feel obese, nor do I think that I look obese. Recently, however I have begun to feel unhappy with myself.
Trust me, I am pro-being happy with your body (fat, thin, curvy, whatever). So long as it doesn’t effect your health.
I have picked up some nasty eating habits and have not exercised since the birth of my son. (Unless you count mommy-ing as exercise)
I have created this blog to track my eating habits, exercise, and weight loss.
Keep your fingers crossed that I have the willpower and gumption to stay on track with this and reach my fitness goals.
